4. PAYMENTS, TOKENS, & REFUNDS

  • Purchases: All purchases of tokens or credits are final.

  • No Refunds: Once tokens are spent on tips or shows, they cannot be refunded.

  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks are considered fraud. We reserve the right to ban users and report fraudulent activity to payment processors.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including the FlirtXvibe logo, design, and the live streams themselves, are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
